Black and White
When most people relegate documentary photography to museums, thus sealing its death certificate, some encourage its canons (thematic unity, spatial diversity and formal beauty) and opt for pledging their commitment toblack and white photography, the founding photographic process.

Creativity
To run risks when creating turns mistakes into paths, confusion into light, pain into hope.

Photography
The techno-socio-cultural-semantic-artistic phenomenon named Photography is a tool to transform reality, as well as a language possessing syntax and meaning.

Photography and Anthropology
For the photographer, Photography is an end in itself, while the anthropologist considers it a means to observe and to record reality in an accurate and complete form. There will always be a gap between them due to the syntactic differences between text and icon, which acts as a fertile breeding-ground for knowledge.

Visual Narrative
It is a long-held obsession of  man to seek to narrow the gap between photographs and text, which can only be filled with ad hoc methodologies. Text belongs to the realm of concepts; photography belongs to the techno-scientific one. The future of photographic storytelling lies in these impossible relationships.

Meaning and Visual Pollution
The infinite gleams of millions of photographic cameras, far from having meaning, increase the opacity of reality and perpetuate the mists that surround homo photographicus.

Uses
The uses of Photography range from complexity to triviality, and they reflect surface reality in a way that no other means can.

Value
The value of a photographic work depends on its debatable iconic quality, its abundance or its paucity.

Truth and Photography
To link truth and photography creates confusion because the latter has a lot to do with precision, but very little with truth. Photography does not provide any truth, which is an emotion.  Rather, it provides relatively accurate data of reality according to the technology used.
